Beyond the smart cockpit, the two parties will leverage Unisound's large language model technology to upgrade Hello Inc.'s customer service system. The upgraded system will support high-precision semantic parsing across multiple languages and dialects, and deploy AI robots for 24/7 automated issue classification, processing, and response—improving service efficiency while further enhancing user satisfaction and service experience.

In addition, the partners will actively explore the deployment of mobiles service robots within mobility depots and stations, including automatic vehicle guidance, automated energy replenishment, and station security patrols. This will extend smart mobility from the vehicle side, cockpit side, and customer service side to the station side, gradually forming an end-to-end unmanned service loop.
